No Children in Class
Please do NOT bring non-participating children to class. We will not provide child care and you will be required to reschedule.

At Professional CPR, your satisfaction is our absolute priority! Get your money back if you cancel at least 2 business day prior to class. Students who cancel and request a refund without appropriate notice are subject to a $9.00 restocking fee. Restocking fee only applies for CPR, First Aid, and Basic Life Support (BLS) Classes. For ACLS classes, cancellations within 2 business days of class will NOT be refunded, but you can reschedule to a future class. All refunds will be returned with the same method used for payment: credit/debit card payments will be refunded to that same card/account, and cash or check payments will be returned as cash or check.
**Refunds may only be requested within 3 months after the original purchase date of the class registration**

Reschedule for free!
We understand that there’s no way to plan for the unexpected, which is why your first reschedule is absolutely free! Notice of reschedule CANNOT be within 1 business day of class, or an admin fee will be applied. Subsequent rescheduling is subject to additional admin fees. (All reschedules for CPR, First Aid, or BLS must be within 6 months of initial registration date, ACLS and PALS must be within 60 days of the registration date.) Please see reschedule fees per class below:
CPR, AED, First Aid and BLS classes
- $7.00 admin fee
ACLS & PALS
- $20.00 admin fee (reschedule requested prior to class date)
- $50.00 admin fee (no-show policy – student does not attend class without prior notice and requests reschedule)
***Cancellations and refunds after the initial class reschedule are subject to a $9.00 cancellation fee for CPR, First Aid and BLS. ACLS and PALS will not be refundable after the initial class reschedule.
CPR and First Aid hard copy certifications cards can be ordered for a $7.00 admin fee, or a digital eCard can be provided free of cost. AHA eCards, for BLS or ACLS will remain on their website for the duration of your certification. https://ecards.heart.org/student/myecards
We do not allow entry into class after 15 minutes from the class start time. Anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes late for their class will need to contact the office during business hours in order to reschedule to a different class date. Applicable fees may apply based on previous class reschedules. For ACLS classes a $50 admin fee applies for all late students.
***Professional CPR reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of registrations or other unforeseen circumstances.
Our instructors, adhering to the requirements and standards set by our accrediting agents, have the authority to determine if a student has not adequately understood the presented material well enough to pass the cognitive and skills testing, and therefore cannot be certified without full remediation. Instructors will do their best to partially remediate and assist students during class time, however if any student cannot be certified, they will be asked to re-take the full course. Course refunds are not provided in this circumstance.
We are happy to offer classes in both English and Spanish, and welcome students of other languages to bring an interpreter with them to class, if necessary. For students attending with an interpreter, please sit toward the back of the class if possible, just to ensure that interpretation can be provided fully with limited disruption. Students attending a class that is not in their native language are still required to pass the cognitive and skills testing to meet curriculum standards. The above stated “Certification Policy” will apply to all students who cannot meet these testing requirements to be certified by the end of the course.
Our certification is Nationally Accredited, Cal-OSHA Approved, meets American Heart Association guidelines and is accepted at all major healthcare and industrial professions.
This BLS certification course provides (2) hours of Continuing Education Units (CE’s). Professional CPR is an approved CE Provider through the Mountain-Valley EMS Agency. Provider # 60-1051
